found this at a used bookstore in Mexico and since it didn't say it was a trilogy, I figured it would be okay to read it even though I hadn't read the other 2. I assumed it was more like Agatha Christie, where there's the same main characters, but you can read them in any order. Well, it turns out it is the thrilling conclusion of one long story. The first chapters basically summarized what happened in the first two books, so I won't be reading those. But it was a good story. I just wish I'd read them in order.
