While I Was Gone (Oprah's Book Club)

While I Was Gone - Sue Miller The story of a woman who can't fully reveal herself to those close to her and how that affects her marriage and her kids. The best part of the book is her memories of living in house of other college-age people during the 60s. The result of that time in her life is that she can never quite connect full with others. The dark twist in the story really surprised me.
